Rule #1--don't blog when you're really tired!
I forgot to post the "after" photo from yesterday--DOH!!!
Here's a better shot of the desk:
I really like it--much more space to spread out. I just need a few things for the desk and I'm all set.
Figured out the problem with the desktop--the LAN card had pulled out of its slot a little bit. Pushed it back in, and voila, everything's fine.
However, everything won't be fine if I don't get busy, so bye!!!

NICE! Would you believe we have the same exact desk in the den? It's the family computer desk. It was easy to put together and we really like it. Now to do the rest of that room! The den is a mess in our house with a split personality. it's a computer room, it's the music room, it is the pool table room. It doesn't know what it wants to be.
Ooh, I like the desk! Miss Maggie is an excellent supervisor too.
