I had googled a specific yarn name and color number, and this came up. It looks like it would be a good reference. I know I'm always looking for information on yarns, especially when I need to substitute.

I think I found that one time when I was trying to find Debbie Bliss cashmerino aran at a cheap price...it's a pretty cool site. I love how they show the color cards.
Yarndex is the first place I go to when looking for info about yarn. I hardly ever manage to hang on to a yarn label.
